Trust Centres

VoiceTransact™ Trust Centres store voice signatures that enable individual identity to be validated and authenticated in real time using any type of telephone device, from anywhere. The VoiceTransact™ Trust Centre network is the only system in the world which is fully certified and connected to payments and transaction authorisation services.

Our Trust Centres are managed to the highest level of certification possible, with independent quarterly penetration tests to ensure network security and annual checks.

Businesses use our Trust Centres to deliver identity and verification services to their customers using our secure interface. This connection interface or API provides connection information to the appropriate Trust Centre  automating the authorisation, authentication and or payment for any process you choose.

Voice signature interchange also occurs within our Trust Centre network between participating organisations, but this interchange excludes data sharing. Participating organisations are paid when customers they introduce to the Trust Centre are authenticated by other participating organisations.
