VoiceTransact™ is an automated, risk managed, regulated and independently audited system that manages your customers voice signatures.

Hosted Environment
You do not need to invest in any systems to use our services. Using a VoiceTransact™ Trust Centre means that all the systems are managed and operated for you, all you need to do is to select the contract type appropriate to your business and integrate your verification request using our API interface.

Voice Management Hubs
The VoiceTransact™ platform is available as a network connected local solution using a Voice Management Hub (VMH). The hardware to support a VHM is built and supported under a global agreement with Dell. A VHM provides local signature storage to meet potential compliance or regulatory requirements. Migration from a hosted environment to a VMH is seamless.

Standards and Compliance
Voice Transact meets and conforms to the following:

• Visa and MasterCard Level I PCI
• ISO 19092:2008 compliant
• Certification for EU 1999/93/EC
• Interoperable inter-bank operational standard
• Any spoken language for a voice signature

The VoiceTransact™ Application Interface
The VoiceTransact™ API is an interface that allows you to submit details of an individual whose voice signature we hold directly from your own environment. We then call that individual and verify their identity against their voice signature. We will then return the result of the match and if confirmed, details on the identity of the individual.

Our API supports two different operations:

• Identity verification. We attempt to identify the individual and return the result. If positive we also return name and address of the individual.
• Identity verification plus payment. We attempt to identify the individual and to process a transaction against their VoicePay account.

Interoperability
The VoiceTransact™ network guarantees voice signature interoperability between our interchange member organisations in exactly the same way that your existing Visa and MasterCard can work anywhere.
