Using the VoiceTransact™ Network

To use our Network or to explore how VoiceTransact™ can work in your business is straightforward and requires three processes to be completed.

First, invite your technical team to review the VoiceTransact™ Application Interface (API) which can be download here.
Secondly, you need to select a service from below, and we recommend that you apply for identity verification and payment .
Thirdly, you need to sign our licence agreement on the following page, a copy of which you can also download from here

Identity Verification and Payment (ID+P)
Use the VoiceTransact™ platform to  automatically have access to the Voice Commerce Group’s Financial Services and payment network which allows you to integrate a voice signature request into a financial transaction and use identity and verification capabilities for other transaction or event authentication.

Identity and verification (ID+V)
VoiceTransact™ delivers immediate automated identity and verification services that automate the process known as Know Your Customer (KYC). VoiceTransact™ ensures that wherever in your own business process you need a customer’s signature, to prove identity against a risk or for a compliance reason, we deliver the answer you need within a minute. A VoiceTransact™ voice signature is exactly the same level of identity and verification that you would get if your customer was sitting with you.
